Yes, i flies alot for working purpose so is important if is punctual. I did complained before but seem like Air Asia did not acts on that. So i do not mind whether Air Asia exists or not since the quality is so bad. To me i rather pay a bit more for peace of mind. AA inferior services - Air stewardness rude, flights always delay etc. The flight regular flight delay make me feel not worth it to take AA. Rather pay for better quality full-fledged airlines.
