To me if Cliq IPO price at RM0.63 and now they are still at RM0.63, Sona should deserve a better valuation i.e. min RM0.50 as they have better management team. So far they never disappointed by giving PR type of expectations. Anyway, we are supported by RM0.45 cash min.

Me also seldom write in as I found out so much vicious rumours by those EX-investors who have grudges towards this counter. Those beginners probably just sold off their holdings at big losses.

All, what i can said never fall in love with your stocks despite of all the fundamental reasons and how good is the Company. Treat your stocks like prostitutes. Despite how good the Company, the market may not be conducive enough for you to invest. If the technical & market is so bad (falling knife), why invest now as we can still invest at much lower price. Pls remember, this our money from blood and sweat and hence, when investing our goal is to make money.

To me ultimately decision whether shareholders need cash or not. To me if they desperately do need so much cash then definitely Sona is a better deal and they can still participate in future growth of the Co. (60% in Bualuang and Indonesia)

The reason why I said that you have grudges towards this counter was that you against the investors (i.e. Qieen and the rest) rather than talking on your view on this counter or company which I think is inappropriate.

But on the SC issue, i think the management have take necessary steps to expedite on the approval process. Remember, the management from Sona & Salamander announced that this transaction is in the best interest of the Company and also, they have procured financing from PNB Baripas and RHB. These steps are actually indicators to ask the SC to expedite on the approval process...
