Yes, stock market bull since april 2009.. anyone buy some stock in 2009 and hold could have earn some money... for example most blue counter Maybank... I estimate appreciated more than 300% (include div) since April 2009... mean earn abt 30% each year.

I use to invest in REIT and banking stock. Get return (div and cap) about 10%+ average annually… much lesser conman or no conman over there. HRC...sendai.. Lion... to many conman. I am rethink my investment strategy. Don't think current way is good for me...

only 9 out of 78 are in positive... almost all our "Big Sifu" sink. I felt big or small sifu are all the same, some time make more and some time make less.. Big sifu talk more and small sifu talk less (or don't talk).. LOL..

At the first place, i felt dragon should not do what he is doing now. Either kyy in or out should be his own decision. He is old and wise enough to make decision himself... let respect the silent majority.

My sincere suggestion is you stop investing for a while and accumulate a lot of cash, maybe next 12 to 18 months. During this period of time market is unstable and high risk. Any suggestion by sifu-sifu may not be as accurate as during bull market (like last year).
