I own some E'grn shares and hv been hesitant to buy more due to the poor market sentiment and the continuous falling of its share price.
After reading Dolly's explanation, I feel encouraged and will invest some more.

It is free given to existing shareholders with 1 for every 5 shares held. Exercise Price to be determine with some premium over 5 days average price prior to fixing. So better buy and keep now.

U had been right about DNEX most of the time.
I wonder how u get 0.8?
To me 0.6 would be even difficult B4 CNY.
Compared to Hibiscus both started about the same price, Hibiscus now has beaten DNEX by a body length!
Bad mgmt. Should think of other share-holders and not sell ESOS given @0.1, @ 0.50 price. What if they can hold it until it is RM1.0. Then they would also have more gain.
Expect good next Qtr but will the price spike? Will there be any dv?

How to be a super investor when u don't hv a lot of money to invest?
U see local super investors invest by millions in the shares that they own. They made millions when the price shoots up by $1 or $2.
Many of us, just play lah, keeping in mind what KC has taught to avoid get caught.
May not be called a super investor but as long as $$ is made cukup-lah.

It will be a long term.
Some time ago, the CEO (?) said, the co will see benefit in 2019.
So, it is only for LT buy.

Of course its speculative as most stocks are.
I play penny too but first look at its earning, if the Q shows NPM+, I take a note of it, if I see two successive Qs making $, I tend to jump in as my pocket allows me.
U can go to many metrics as expounded by KC which is advantageous but not necessary always make $ as an element of LUCK also comes into play.
Too many metrics confuse the brain.
One guy I read some time ago recommended only using EV/Ebit, ROIC and QR and claimed that he had made lorry. Well, good to take note and I don't know if it works in this market situation.
Penny goes up and down like other stocks. I hold PUC @ 0.08 and still holding because I feel something is cooking there. Well let's see in a few months' time.

I have been voicing my concern on this b4.
I hope they will not do this anymore!!!

Ignore all the fundamental, oil price and business expand info. The share price up/down all depends on directors dispose or acquire share. Directors very kacau in this counter:(

If Monday price spikes, then there is a ray of hope...........

Brent oil price up again now 71.07 usd ( Dnex) oil production cost 15 usd only for each barrels produced, Dnex via ping petroleun 30% stake produce about 60,000 barrels of brent ...................

ooibkk23 A lot of people came here as medium or long term investors, then, few times of U turn, they either become traders or totally gave up. The number of shares floating are too many to push up by manipulation. I am one of them to become trader in Dnex. Just monitor it for long enough,you will know how to buy and sel, Dnex still provide good pocket money.

I think the spectra of consolidation is the wall that scares the "light" out of many.

What price will the share be after consolidation?

Can this consolidation be put off or delayed since the co is showing sign of making $$?

Dnex is an undervalued Oil and gas company among all in Klci.

Most hv (-)NPM.
I think TANCO NPM 35.57% is a better bet.

Other O&G counters maybe.
DNEX is ICBC.

Brent crude oil price shot up to USD69.29. up USD1.51 or 2.23%. Good for O&G stocks. Dow Jones also up 102 pts. KLSE market sentiment should be good today. Cheers.

With poor market sentiment, & not in theme play, may drop to 1.15.

KingDavid King36, What is wrong with DNeX as compared to Hibiscus? The NPM tells us that profit margin for DNeX is higher than Hibiscus as majority of the profit of DNeX is contributed through government projects. Furthermore, DNeX's price is well below if you take PER into consideration. Nothing is wrong except that DNeX is catching up soon.

Hibiscus is going to hit $1.00 soon and NPM for the last 2 qtrs were 18.1% & 11.62%.
DNEX NPM for the last 2 qtrs were 31.7% & 23.75% and still ICBC @ around $0.54!!!

Something is grossly wrong!!

Say 65c.

Erm... A gentle reminder here. Share price moves strictly in accordance to earnings and prospect. Other factors carry too less weight.
So better predict next quarter earnings rather than Macq bank or shares issuance matter..

When the tide comes in all boats will float higher.

The question is how much more will the tide goes down?

U should c the difference in the mgmt of DNEX and Hibiscus, or may be some smart guys can tell us why one is moving to 80+ and DNEX is still ICBC.
