How to improve share price when so many more ESOS shares @ 0.245 issued.

This is similar to AWC too.

Why don't they buy back the shares and then distributed to their employees?

At least this will help to jack up the price.

Be fair to share-holders lah!

Bursa Station recommends take profit now.
Too many ESOS, the mgmt only think of themselves but not the shareholders by giving generous ESOS diluting the shares and causing price stagnation at current level.
They should stop ESOS from now to let the price move ahead so that we all can benefit from our investment.

Can u tell me where to collect the "industry average" of various ratios for me to making comparison with the calculated, p?b/ P/e, P/s/ P/FcF, P/CF ....

If a company has a price to book ratio that is greater than industry average, it suggests that investors believe that the company has more significant future growth opportunities than its industry peers.

GoodBoy you have brought up a good and interesting point. It is possible even though not likely Dnex may propose a new warrant WE to Dnex shareholder. If this happen, then it will be good for mom and also good for the company but not good for son as only mom will entitle for WE. In this case, it will definitely affect son whether directly or indirectly as investors will have a 2nd choice for buying warrant. Cheers.

Calvin has his own method of picking stocks like most of you out there.
He did pick some low-hanging fruits and appears to have an "eagle-eye" to see deep into the stocks which I cannot dig out myself.
They do help me to understand the stock better b4 I put my meager saving in.

Print media is in cahoots with Sydicates and "goreng" experts. This is nothing new, as early as the financial industry has existed, they have been utilizing print media to use fulfil their dirty work. I generally do not have a problem with that. Dolly_Chai2 well said R40s... if you value a share based on EV/EBIT (trailing 4 quarters), the intrinsic value may change from quarter to quarter...

Based on trailing 4 Qs (as at Q1 2017),
Assume EV/EBIT = 10, EV = 380.850M
Market Cap = 451.586M
Intrinsic value = RM2.5298/share
Margin of safety = 66.43% (if you buy at current price, you can possibly make such profit)
