As per what petronas CEO mention , they will cut capex by 20-30 % and only the best and fittest can survive in this low oil price tough environment

What concerns me is skpetrol debt
And it's high share issued - almost 6 billions share issued
So even if the share drop to rm 1 , it's still expensive valuation at $1 x 6 = $6 billion
Very expensive for such a company

All gone case as it depends on the real oil and gas company like petronas

Dont get gassed by the oil and gas
Must enjoy the low gas price for next few years
Keep out of oil stocks

This oil and gas sector is dead duck even next year

So with the oil price down and lower capex by petronas - this company maybe gameover

The research house give high value when mkt is good but now it's bad they may keep revised downwards their target

It's a sinking armada as a lot of local& foreign funds pulling out
