Intrinsic value per share for Crescendo is not less than 9 ringgit, taking into consideration quality and credibility of its Directors, steady earning potential for next few years, healthy financial status and strong cash flow, very solid background of its major shareholders (no pledged securities/ nominee holders), recently land disposal, intended further land disposal, development lands were purchased more than 20 years and the location of these land bank.

Looking forward to rm 6 in near future.

Number of share subjected to forced selling is between 240 million to 300 million. New owner will emerge. First thing to do for new owner is to stop all contracts/ agreements entered by 'previous owners'. Conduct a forensic auditing. Make sure no cash/ liquid assets are transferred out. Freeze all bank accounts. Freeze all movement of staff in and out from company's premises for a week to facilitate transfer of books and proper handing over.

It is just 4 sen away from limit down price. If is again close at 55.5 sen, there will be no escape for those still holding to the share.

Simply the Directors are not trustworthy. Prepaid Joint Ventures most probably already gone. Even an unknown woman was paid 2.6 million for sleeping at home. Who is that woman?

These two Dato Dr Yu as Executive Chairman and Dato Yu as Managing Director already took more than rm 15 million as Director's fees and salaries. Worst still is this woman Datin Chan Sow Keng as Alternate Director (alternate to which Dato?) also got rm 2.6 million pay. She was not listed as a Director and no profile given. She was also not stated any relationship with the other two Dato's in the Annual Report. Who is this woman?

Johor developers with cheap land banks all are good buy. Those land bought 20 years ago, i.e. 2003 were all dirt cheap, appreciated 10 or 20 times already. Among the value buy should be Crescendo, KSL, Keck Seng, IOIP etc etc.

All 30 largest registered shareholders are nominees (pledged, securitized, margin accounts) total 300 millions (56.6%). How many more nobody knows. All these shares are subjected to forced selling on Monday, or Tuesday. Surely Monday will be another limit down.

One of the three LRTs radiate out from JB Sentral (RTS terminal) will proceed all the way to Impian Hills, passing through Bandar Cemerlang, and has a station at Tebrau City.

Bandar Cemerlang comprises of 800 acres of residential/ commercial development, and 526 acres of industrial park to be launched by 2025. With LRT line planned to pass through Bandar Cemerlang, what is the least you can expect for Crescendo share price? Not to forget 100 acres industrial land already sold for 540 million, and another 100 acres set to sell not less than 500 million.

All in all, sum of parts (SOP) for Crescendo can never be less than 9 ringgit per share.

Malaysia used to be the Research Power House for upstream and downstream palmoil industry. I believe those research labs are still relevant to produce high yield seedlings (and seeds), DNA gene mapping, oil extracting technology, harvesting techniques, refineries, end uses for palm oil, end uses for oil palm by products, bio-diesel etc.
Chemara Researh Station existed more than 45 years ago. Other new and upcoming new labs primarily doing research as to improve palm oil yield via plant DNA technology and to look for better clones by DNA Mapping. All the best to Malaysian Scientists to make our palm oil industry truely world class........

3 LRTs radiate out from RTS is highly possible. One to the JB West through Skudai, one to JB North towards Kota Tinggi may end near Impian Hills, one to JB East passes through Mid Valley South Key to end at Pasir Gudang Port. All residential properties along these 3 routes will shoot up in price, as residents can stay in JB but to earn Sing dollar. Of course, nearer to RTS housing price will be much higher. You pay for convenience mah.
