3. Factors gave rise to recent run up for past 6 months all gone, in reverse gear some more.
4. Many bought Dayang with the view to be passengers taking 'free ride' on KYY factor, only to press on break and cut loss at all cost.

On last Thursday Dayang dropped 24 sen due to its 1st quarter small loss, partly caused by interest charges and foreign exchange loss. Its loss is less than the corresponding quarter of last year. The SE monsoon during the 1st quarter, exasperated the loss.

Investors over reaction
From my long experience in watching the stock market, investors always over react due to good or bad news. When investors see some good news, they will rush to buy aggressively. In this case, even the loss is small, shareholders dumped their shares as quickly as soon as possible; it is better to cut loss. They are so fearful. They cannot control their emotion to think logically.

As a result, the price dropped 24 sen on last Thursday. Most of the sellers were weak holders, stupid or uninformed investors who did not know the real quality of the company and many had to sell to meet margin call.

Fortunately, on Friday, the price rebounded and it went up 3 sen. This will encourage many investors to buy back. This increased share price will definitely reduce forced selling. I hope it is the pivoting point when it changes its down trend to uptrend which is the best time to buy. Nevertheless, I believe the worst is over.

Good profit growth prospect
I agree with our famous Mr Ooi Teik Bee that the next few quarters will show good profit growth which is the most powerful catalyst to move share prices.

Note: My aim for writing this article is honourable. I am not asking readers to buy to support the share price because the daily volume is tens of million shares change hands and whether you buy or sell will not make any difference.

You know dollar cost averaging?
If you can buy at 1.40, surely should buy at 90 sen.
If you can buy at 90 sen, you should buy more at 70 sen.
If you can buy at 70 sen, no reason you want to let it pass 50 sen without any action.

Make up you mind.
You want to lose 20k, or 40k, or 80k in this counter over next 6 months, try dollar cost averaging as above.

Unlikely you will make it back in next 6 months, unless you learn sailang and sialang from fake accountant.

My purpose for making this comment is to teach you how to select growth stock to make money. I am not asking you to buy Dayang to support the share price. Whether you buy or sell will not affect the price because the daily volume is tens of million shares. For example, today 92 million shares transacted with 17 sen increase in price.

I have posted many articles to encourage readers to buy Dayang because it complies with my golden rule for share selection. It has reported 2 consecutive quarters of increasing profit and its projected PE is less than 10.

I remember in my first article I said I was buying when KWAP was selling. Since then its price has gone up more than 200%. Until yesterday, I was slowly accumulating. Even today, I did not sell because I believe it can easily reach Rm 2 with a few months.

I am happy to see only 2 critics namely rr88 and Dcmh who have sold Dayang so early. I am sure they are leaking their wounds.



Remember!
I am a super investor.
That is the reason why I am rich and you are poor.............

Sorry to remind you, when I see price drifting downwards, I will have to let go first to reduce the risk of further forced selling from my creditor banks.

Believe Eco World is now facing cash flow problem.

Don't believe check with its main con and suppliers.

Alternately peruse its annual report when it is out next year to see FCF and current liabilities, if you so wished to get confirmation.

For the time being, stay away from Eco World.
It acquired land bank for development 3 or 4 years ago at prevailing price, that is to say, land cost is never come cheap and interest charges going to kill.........

If you are 24 yo today, how much is your expected salary when you are at 60, i.e. 36 years from now?

For dumb-dumb, you will expect yearly increment of 4%.
For average or slightly above average, yearly increment 8%.
For high achiever, yearly increment 12% to 15%.

Say if you are with average performance, effective increment 8% yearly taking into consideration 4 promotions/job switch through out your working life, you are expecting 16x your current pay.

If you are earning 3k now, 36 years later (if you retire at 60), you should be earning 48k a month.
Based on last drawn pay at 48k, you need 5.76m equivalent to 120 months of last drawn pay.

If you are spending 60% of your income, when you retire at 60, last annual income is 576k. 60% means 345.6k a year.
If you can generate 10% to give 576k a year, you will be very much prepared for inflation up to 4% a year.

Planning for retirement is not calculate based on what you need today, but to be contemporaneous to the time of retirement.
