morning buddies, VIVO financing of projects is no issue from my view since they are delivery partner of CRCC which in turn backed by China group of banks.....the same group providing financing to Bandar Malaysia developers.

the only worries as what the MD/IB mentioned is execution risks where there're shortage of manpower to made sure delivery is on time.

As delivery partner for CRCC.............payment wise is not an issue to the company......the main concern is those projects with private sectors/state govt where they acts as subcontractors for those public housing projects............but as far as subcontractors are concerned.........they have a schedule of payment for works done in stages...........so payment is also forthcoming.

We only duly concerned if the projects is shelved or delayed for a period of time.

I think risks is minimize if the projects is from CRCC/China Nuclear/etc.

As why i didn't reply to those disruptors comments is we do not need to answer them in the future.................just let them talks here.

Don't be so happy even it strike oil..................Sona is buying a producing wells too but what happened?.................they can't get the 75% threshold approval when Credit Suise/PAG Group/shareholders that hold more than 75% voted no.

Reach could be in the same boat.............unless the share price is push up for them to exit the stocks.

To be biz enterpreneur...........you need to be fast and accurate in your decision and have sound critical mind and must full of ideas and of course some imaginary vision.

i think they're not into this yet..............they're more on projects tie-up at current moments.

As for China............i think the Govt is doing pro-active measure earlier to prevent it to slips into recession..............i do believe they are capable with their country reserves..........especially their gold reserve is incredible and you wont believe it.

Since majority of the giant companies VIVO tied up with is state owned..........i think the risks is minimise.

kkteh, i hae a printout of the MIDF report dated 29 April 2016.

As the CEO already informed............the VIVO Group now have diversified their project risks into namely telecommunication, construction material manufacturer, projects construction and property subcontractors. So the risks of projects failing will not have big impact on the Group as whole.

And most of the financing for those projects awarded by CRCC are often backed by China State owned Enterprise (SOE) namely China Development Bank, Bank of China and China Construction Bank.

All this are from MIDF reports.

i just read back MIDF reports............the company currently have about 5.4% foreign institution shareholders.

Another plus points coming soon is Beijing Construction Group has expressed interest to participate in their equity capital structure and also appointing VIVO as their local project delivery partner.

So with current CRCC and China Nuclear Group as their delivery partner............the Beijing Cons Groups will be their 3rd...............so we might have the announcement later.

so we must sell now at 0.265s and wait 24s to collect back?......................100% sure ah?
