1.is it mean 1 lot (100 small unit)will entitle RM90.94?

2.if i purchase 40 lot before 8/1/2013 5pm and sell this 40 lot on 9/1/2013 9am,i still entitle RM90.94x 40= RM 3637?

3.if I purchase it at the price RM 4.95/unit, i still can can effort the price drop to RM 4.95-RM0.0904=RM4.0406 to consider loss after the dividend?

4. Dividend price Trend after ex-date
A.13/12/2011 20% dividend after ex-date, 15/12/2011 the mother share price go higher.
B.1/11/2012 0.075 dividend after ex-date, 5/11 to 8/11 the mother share price still in acceptable level.
is it mean this time the dividend ex-date the price will not drop to much since mostly only long term investor holding it?

传佳华宏进获20万亩地 特许使用30年 清芭后联营发展

（吉隆坡5日讯）消息透露，佳华（Java，2747，主板工业产品股）与宏进工业（Permaju，7080，主板贸服股）获颁面积20万英亩土地，共30至60年的特许使用权。

消息告诉《南洋商报》，沙巴基金（Yayasan Sabah）近期将20万英亩地段颁给这两家公司，以协助发展以及再植林计划。

“有关地段一部份是可使用30年，一部份的特许使用权长达60年。”但本报无法探悉确实面积。

消息指出，政府主要是清理有关地段供发展和再植林计划，而佳华和宏进工业除了可享有砍伐区内树木的权力，更可在之后与沙巴基金以联营方式发展部份地区。

（吉隆坡3日訊）NOTION集團（NOTION,0083,主板科技組）旗下巴生工廠在上個月31日失火，該工廠占營業額貢獻比重約10%。目前起火原因及損失尚不詳，估計100台電腦操控（CNC）機械因此報銷。

分析

由於該工廠火患，分析員紛紛將NOTION集團（NOTION，0083，主板科技組）2013年財政年淨利預測調低，並預料在真正損失尚未确定前，其股價在短期里繼續承受賣壓。

興業研究將其2013年財政年淨利預測調低7.7%至3千620萬令吉，以反映火災引起的損失，特別是營運影響，潛在供應鏈干擾及信譽風險等。

該行預測，其2014年淨利為4千260萬令吉，及2015年則為4千640萬令吉。

肯納格研究指出，該行將其2013年財政年淨利預測調低9%，至4千470萬令吉（之前為4千930萬令吉），及2014年淨利則保持在5千300萬令吉。

豐隆研究將NOTION集團2013年至2015年財政年淨利預測分別調低28.1%，21.6%及1.0%，分別達2千739萬5千令吉、3千160萬6千令吉，及3千890萬4千令吉。

該行認為，除了最近發生的火災，該公司其他潛在風險，包括原料成本走高，馬幣兌美元匯率增值等。

僑丰研究指出，該公司巴生工廠失火，使該行將其2013及2014年的核心淨利預測，分別削減7.4%及10.4%，至3千540萬令吉及4千190萬令吉。而營業額預測則削減7.5%及15.7%，分別至2億4千770萬令吉，以及2億7千140萬令吉。（星洲日報／財經）

该集团董事经理黄贞焜在接受传媒采访时说，今次的转板行动是夺取较多国内外业务的局部策略。

上述电讯网络服务供应商在过去数年中，其财务表现经已稳定下来。

他称：“我们有信心业务将会继续增长，尤其是目前是一家上市公司。我们对国内和全球市场的前景持乐观态度。”

预计明年收入将会有两位数的增长。

该公司预计，受益于分配4G长期演进的宽频下，将会有更多商机来提升和优化通讯站。

此外，该公司也将目光转向其他东南亚国家市场。目前，它正在越南投标一份合约，预计在2013年首季度公布结果。

黄氏指出，泰国有很多电讯基础设施商机，像OCK这样的承包商，在当地是有需求去协助提升电讯系统。

在最近的一份报告中，肯纳格证券研究行认为，OCK的转板行动，将会提高公司的知名度和增加夺取更多交易的机会。
