　該公司今日向馬證交所報備，卡瑪魯查曼正式辭去職務，目前仍握有公司371萬4285股持股。

下週届满前急脱手　实达WB大起大落

（吉隆坡24日讯）实达集团（SPSETIA，8664，主板產业股）的凭单--实达集团-WB（SPSETIA-WB）今天股价大起大落，交投情绪异常炽热，很可能是现有的凭单持有者，急於在下个月的届满期之前脱手所致。

实达集团-WB今天是全场第二大热门股，共有3897万股易手，显著多过近5天平均528万股的成交量。

实达集团-WB股价暴起暴跌，盘中一度走高至0.13令吉，最低则下探至0.045令吉。换句话说，其最高价格是最低价格的2.88倍，两者之间的距离达8.5仙。

实达集团-WB最后收在0.09令吉，全天上涨3仙，涨幅高达50%。由於该凭单的转换价为2.99令吉，若以母股今日收市价3.03令吉计算，投资者在这个时候进场，最终目標为转换凭单成母股是尝不到甜头的，因总投资成本高达3.08令吉。实达集团在2008年1月22日发行2亿3453万张凭单，但截至目前的未转换凭单仍有1亿4160万张。

实达集团-WB將在下周五（2013年1月4日）暂停交易，並在2013年1月21日（周一）届满，然后在1月22日（周二）除牌。实达集团-WB只剩28天的交易日。倘若暂停之前仍持有凭单的人士，不打算將凭单转换成母股，该凭单过后便会变成废纸。

抽佣经纪陈玉麟在接受《东方財经》的电话询问时表示，一般即將届满的凭单是不会出现活跃的交易活动。实达集团-WB的案例相当罕见。他解释，这罕有现象或许是意味著，现有凭单持有者正设法在届满日期之前脱手离场。但另一边厢，却投资者可能是在没有意识到凭单即將届满的情况下衝进场。

惟他不排除也有部份投资者是因为实达的股票流通量欠佳，而希望透过买进凭单来成为公司股东。考虑到实达集团-WB即將届满及停牌，投资者在买卖该凭单时须格外谨慎。

（吉隆坡24日讯）上週开始大热走高的XOX说（XOX，0165，创业板），週一持续在交投炙热的情况下攀升，而接获大马交易所发出不寻常交易活动（UMA）询问。XOX说以0.22令吉开盘后涨势凌厉，早盘几度上探全天最高的0.25令吉。

该股午盘接获UMA后，回吐涨幅，一度跌至全天最低的0.205令吉，最终以0.215令吉掛收，全天无起落，並且是全场最大热门股。成交量达4554万6000股。

隨著该股一週以来在没有重大业务进展的情况下持续大热走高，大马交易所在午休时段向该公司发出UMA询问。

上週四（20日），英文《商业时报》报导，XOX说成为商业大亨丹斯里赛莫达的收购目標，但该公司已在当天同时通过首席执行员黄国兴，向媒体发言及向交易所发出文告澄清，否认接获赛莫达的献议，並且对此毫不知情。

无论如何，这並无法阻止该股的大热走势。XOX说自上週一（17日）开始出现交投炙热的情况，创10个月以来的0.30令吉盘中新高水平。上週，该股连续5天皆挤入10大热门榜，包括在上週五（21日）成为最大热门股。

回復不知情

傍晚时分，XOX说在经过咨询主席阿都阿欣、董事经理兼首席执行员黄国兴和几位董事，以及各大股东如黄玥机和玛拉机构私人有限公司（MARAINC）后，確认对这次股价引发UMA的原因毫不知情。

管理层补充，目前已討论了采取筹资以供营运资本需求的可能性，並进入细节敲定阶段。

管理层也跟部份潜在单位或人士针对债务偿还建议进行初步协商。但管理层仍未批准，也还没针对这项献议委任顾问。

文告提到，公司內只有其中一名非执行董事苏宝民目前身在海外，无法接洽而得不到他对於UMA的答復。

（吉隆坡5日讯）XOX说电讯（XOX，0165，创业板）拟2013年1月推出新手机应用程序VOOPEE，希望能脱颖而出，并协助公司转亏为盈。

《Financial Daily》引述XOX说电讯总执行长黄国兴的话说，公司难以在一个非常成熟的市场竞争，所以必须创造与众不同的优势。

“XOX说电讯从纯粹SIM卡供应商，转变为应用程式供应商。

我们希望在截至2013年6月30日的现财年转亏为盈。”

2011年6月10日上市后，XOX说电讯至今年9月30日已蒙受5484万令吉亏损。

上述新应用程式运用网络数据、允许所有智慧型手机使用者以低价拨打电话和传送短讯，并需付费才可继续使用，类似目前市场上的WhatsApp通讯应用程式。

明年首季推新品牌

另一方面，天地通（Celcom Axiata）总执行长拿督斯里莎沙礼今天在一场媒体汇报会上提到，天地通与XOX说电讯过去6个月不断研究如何打入华裔企业市场。

他表示，双方决定打造更鲜明和尖锐的形象包装，并扩大华人企业家市场的分销网络，再重新走入这一部分。

他透露，天地通将与XOX说电讯召开记者会，拟明年首季推介这新品牌。

XOX说电讯是天地通旗下合作的流动虚拟网络营运商之一，可使用后者的网络基建。

（吉隆坡10日讯）Mara Incorporated私人有限公司透过公开市场收购股权，对XOX说电讯（XOX，0165，创业板）的持股权已经提高至6.29%，或相等于1900万股。

根据大马交易所的数据，自1月25日至2月3日，Mara Incorporated透过公开市场收购XOX说电讯的161万股，股价交易水平介于25仙和26仙。

Mara Incorporated（前称为Tooltronic私人有限公司），是人民信托局 (MARA) 的子公司。
