You are still entitle to the bonus issue. The right issue comes after the bonus issue. You can reject the right issue, but usually these will be issued below market price to be attractive to the shareholders.

Most of the penny companies had more debt than their total asset. The directors will still just pocket their salary and bonus and caio. That is why they are not bodered even the company is delisted. The shareholder got nothing.

This stock was below RM4 at the beginning of this year. Then it shot up to RM6+ because of some rumour about govt health insurance. Since the it had fall back to RM5. I do not think it will go above RM6. I think it would just hover around the present price of RM5. Pick when it drop below RM5. Sell above RM6.
