Wonder if AXREIT will offer another round of Dividend Reinvestment Plan early 2022?

Patiently waiting to increase my position. Fundamentally nothing changes, just the overall market sentiments are not good.
Also many take the chance to re-position themselves after the bonus issue, very normal.

Anyone here expecting TG to deliver the QR1 results with at least EPS 16 sen after last Q unexpected low EPS? They due to release the Q1 results by next week.

If can get close to 16 sen, can expect 12 sen dividend (matching Kossan).

Attended the AGM, the current delivery lead times for SuperMax if new customer places an order is 45-60 days.

Wah! Suddenly saw my long time queue matched at 3.98! Did I just caught a falling knife?

@i3kyan, PP means additional shares. It is dilutive- hence EPS and dividends will be lower (if everything remains ie PAT).
However, if the company is growing (higher PAT) then it is healthy.
PP represents the "cheapest" funds raising option for the company instead of borrowings from the banks.
As a shareholder, would loved AXREIT offers Right Issues to existing shareholders to participate instead of just PP.

In a separate filing on Thursday, Axis REIT said it had fixed the issue price of its 188.04 million placement units, representing 13% of total issued units of 1.45 billion as at Oct 29 at RM1.78 per placement unit to successfully identified placees via a bookbuilding process.

The last few days I suspected that it was a toss between EPF/KWAP and AXREIT. EPF throw to low prices so the PP (5 day VWAP) before the determining date, they can get it cheap.
Hence the last day it went to 1.97 pushing up the VWAP and arriving at 1.78 as the PP price for EPF/KWAP.

With so many disruption in Q3, an EPS of 5.39 (Q1 EPS 5.15) is almost comparable to the industry leader TGUAN (Q3 EPS 5.85).
BPPLAS dividend is much more generous 3.00 vs 1.25 sen as compared to TGUAN.
9M BPPLAS EPS is 18.41 (Div 9.00sen) vs TGUAN 18.26 (Div 3.25sen) with both their share prices around the same range.

@hakubasnow, yes indeed. Noticed that too. Even dividends also there are shareholders who would opposed to it.
Now we just wait for evening time for BPPLAS to release their Q3 report.

@hakubasnow, still got 300 shares and 4,400 shares opposed to the Bonus Issue and Free Warrants respectively!
The 300 shares must oppose because of the odd lots he/she will be getting!

Why AXREIT do not offer rights issue to existing shareholders? Do Private Placement to KWSP and KWAP. More shares for them to dispose in the market......

Got a hunch BPPLAS will announce their Q3 report after the EGM in the afternoon. Looking forward to another bumper dividend!

Nice price appreciation. Maybe after the Cukai Makmur came up, all attention turned to these small cap companies that have PAT less than 100M?

@Want2MakeMoney, revenue may be smaller but its EPS is way higher than TGUAN. This is the most convincing number! When I invested into BPPLAS, no IB covered this company, two months back Kenanga started to cover it. I like the low profile nature of this company.

@Want2MakeMoney, I went thru the same thought process as you. Finally decided on BPPLAS only as fundamentals and dividend yields are better than TGUAN when I evaluated them.

Cukai Makmur in 2022 will not affect BPPLAS. FY21H1 baru only PBT 30M. If they duplicate same in FY21H2, the entire FY21 baru PBT 60M. Assuming they grow they PBT by 20% in 2022, baru only PBT 72M.

As expected the QR will not be fantastic. Hopefully there will be a few more bigger IPO to pull more traders/investors to BURSA. Let's see what happens in Q4 after the recent budget announcement. Expect more volume in the next few weeks.

@Nepo, share your same sentiments. Just wished that the management considers Rights Issue rather than Private Placement. Let existing shareholders grow with them.

@TreeTopView, I am of the opinion that the revenue and profit to be lower QoQ and YoY. Recent ADTV is not high.

So happy this morning caught it at 2.36 before it spiked up.

Just announced DRP and ex-date. DRP is listed as RM 4.69. Slightly higher than last round DRP of RM 4.61.

Exciting times ahead for those who are still holding onto BPPLAS! In 2 more weeks expecting fat dividends.

The last time they declare 1:2 Bonus Issue was way back 2008, more than 13 years ago! Maybe this round 1:1 since only 187M shares issued.

@cherry88, of course it does make sense @ 2.40 based on their fundamentals. There will be a group who believe fundamentals are dead in BURSA.
I invested in BPPLAS for long term, maybe perpetually!

Both these TP, the market cap will be larger than SCGM. Does not make sense as BPPLAS in factory size is no where near SCGM.
