look at the 10 years price chart.... below RM3 is greatly undervalued.... when the business recovered next year when outdoor theme park open on Q2, the dividend yield can easily hit 10%... fyi...

during MCO quarter, even TunePro which is heavily in travel insurance, can have increased profit due to Motor insurance... as no car driving on the road resulting less motor claim.... no one actually notice undervalued Ambank, Kurnia/ Amgeneral insurance owned Malaysia biggest motor insurance policy...

Good thing is office and university campus rental are still in increasing trend... just that Retail mall and Hotel dragged the results...

in summary, rental support for tenant (realized) + valuation decrease for hotel property (unrealized)... not too bad actually, without taking account the valuation changes, it is still in realized profit....

Tony already cashed out from Airasia long ago.... imagine 90cent dividend.... now Airasia is left only 60cent, less than one round of dividend... his airasia share is consider free share for him now... he won't bother about the price one... no one asked before, he got 90 cent dividend last round, which is worth more than the price, how come he didn't even inject cash into airasia at all...? and trying so hard to borrow from bank....ALSO holding all the cash refund for Airasia customer for 4-5 months and damage the reputation worldwide...imagine as customer, you file case refund for family trip ticket RM20K when MCO 28 march, until now 4 months later case still "in progress"...

counter with fundamental no need to scare dropping.... 50% infra support concession from government... 50% health care support... 6% dividend... hidden gems, currently down due to lack of liquidity as Khanazah and governement fund hold most of the share. It will eventually return to it value when time come...

EPF almost finish accumulating, now holding 8% now... that's why pushing the price up.

actually quarter ended 31 Dec 2019 last year already negative EPS... they cannot breakeven even during most peak Christmas quarter... due to the aircraft leasing operating model which incurred a lot of cost due to aircarft rental.... and this have not yet factor in Covid impact....

now i know why airasia just holding my ticket refund case for 3 months without progress... they are really in bad shape, nearly dried of cash flow...

scary -24 cents EPS.... and it is just until 31 March.... cannot imagine next quarter.... tomorrow will open with 24cents lower?

Astro business model is similar like telco... but they monopolized it... look at their ARPU, RM99.1 per user.... generating strong free cash flow every quarter... Go check digi or umobile or celcom and their average revenue per user... i know digi ARPU is around RM41 per user... because telco has many competitors and there is a price war... now somemore need capex to invest 5G infra...Astro is in much more comfortable space than telco... even thought their business model are the same...

Astro is also diversifying into home shopping... which the new business area already break even last quarter during MCO...

yes TV subscription might be sunset industry in many people mind... but they monopoly TV area, also find way to produce new source of income...

they have digital AD income revenue also from youtube Ads from Kids program... they have xuan.com.my which are chinese content... and also many other digital sites...

I can say they are moving towards content provider rather than solely TV subscription provider... i would say it is a baby "Disney" which started to build up their intelectual property.. with current depressed price and consistent dividend yield, it is worth to hold...

I see this is the reason why EPF started to accumulated it... of cos not pushing up the price before they finished accumulating...

EPF keep accumulating without raising the price... wait until EPF finish accumulate then the price will definitely move...

Astro has been involve in content production, selling content to Netflix if you have netflix account, you can see alot of local content are produced by Astro... holding intelectual property specially in Kids content area... "Didi and friends" are the top trend in youtube indonesia... they also licensed their IP to singapore and arabian country...

Outdoor theme park reopen Q2 2021, earlier than i expected...

yes.. genm is for long term... imagine next year when outdoor theme park reopened... and profit recovered next year... the dividend yield would be around 10% at current price... this year would be suffer but in long term it is a good time to accumulate for retirement.. if you opt for short term goreng, this counter is not suitable.... if you want goreng, go to glove counter....
