Datasonic Group Bhd clarified today that it is in no way involved in the corruption charge faced by its deputy managing director Chew Ben Ben in relation to a ship chartering contract.

Chew was alleged to have paid a bribe of RM321,350 last year for a subcontract for ship chartering involving Pristine Offshore Sdn Bhd, where he is a 49% shareholder. He is out on bail, and is back on duty in Datasonic, the company said.

Counter suspend is to prevent the share price from further sell down lah by logical reasoning . Chew Ben Ben court cases have been discounted since the news is not new and have taken a toll back several years. The new management teams may make an announcements to clarify pertaining to the on going trials that has no linkage to the current business development . I assume they just wanted to build confidence back to the minority shareholders instead of panicking selling that could subsequently drive the share price further downward and if not why did they wanted to suspend the counter by simple logic reasons ?

This is my personal opinions and l don't see any string of strong rebound when reopened and just to stabilise the price back to last Wednesday 0.60 cents range b4 the sudden spike in volume where most investors chose to overreacted by bad news . Maybe those bought cheap can make some small profits if the price stabilise . Hope for the best when suspension reopened .

Strong buying support exceeding selling pressure going forward for the past two weeks . Can easily reached RM1 in the short term.

In stock market , the trend changes from time to time and infact no one can actually have fulled confidence which stocks cun cun with 100% surety when buy will reap profits even despite with sound underlying fundermentals . Sometimes we noticed at times the trend changes even with poor financial results the stock keep soaring that keeps us wondering fundermentals alone doesn't works and befitted into stocks purchasing selection .
