Good price to sell for those still holding it, bad price for those who want to buy it..this is my opinion only...it will move horizontally for quite a long time..switch to other stock is better option.

it is 12.33% premium compare to its mother share...by right..it should only worth 32sen now...this is still expensive price...moreover...there is not much catalyst to push the mother share price up...the only thing is the extension of the IPP next year...but we are not sure what will happen in future...what if FY say wrong word again?? think before you buy..

LE LE, for UOAReit, the ex-date is 1st August, if you sell on 31st July, you do not get the dividend. You can get dividend if you sell on 1st August. :)

last year share buyback happen when the share price is high at 1.80~ 1.90...how come now the share price is low 1.45~ 1.50...company do not perform share buyback? anyone expert here can help me understand it?
