Another key factor will be traffic projection & actual usage after the completion of highways. If things turn out well as planned, it is truly a golden goose :)

We need all kinds of investors, be it positive & negative, these situations will provide the opportunities in buying with low price & selling at higher level. Do your homework to make these situations your advantages in stock market.

haha, LA777, I came from poor family too but love to read all finance news in newspapers when I was teen age too. :)

I started to work when I was 20, after saving enough, I started to "play" share, so excited then. At age of 21, I lost RM10k within 2 months which I saved for 2 years.

I felt lucky for hitting the wall at that young age, I learned that it was not never an easy job to make money from stock market.

It reminded me also that when my friend bought PBB RM2+ & sold it for RM5+ in just within a year, he was so happy to announce to everyone, he has since regretted until now, hehe

I bought little Airasia when price was RM0.80 in 2015, I told my wife we will huat as it will go up to RM3. I sold it for profit when price was RM1.29, I regretted but learned it as a lesson.

LA777 I still remember when I first bought Public Bank at rm1 for 10 lots during 1997, I was so happy that when it reached rm2 in a short period, I quickly sold it to gain 100% ROI, and never bought it back, I regret for doing it till now, so now I must tell myself, never sell my shares if it is a good share even if it has triple from the price I bought.

For other stocks, I will not hesitate to sell to lock in my profits once my TP is reached.

I like Ekovest from the beginning for its visible great future and the disposal of 40% Kesturi helped the Company strengthening its cash position to meet its cash flow requirement for SPE & EkoCheras mall without needing to ask money from shareholders (Ekovest did right issue for the acquisition of Duke 1 few years back)

Along the way, the management started to get projects from ROL, Pan Borneo highway & recently Duke 2A. Also, the management has participated tenders of 10b currently, though not sure what will be the winning rates, may be 20%, 10% or 5%?

To me now the risk will be the ability of the management to carry out the jobs in hand. But seem the risk is quite minimal for they are hands on management with more than 30 years experience and results delivered in the last 2 quarters.

That's the reason I choose to continue hold all my shares in Ekovest until such day if I find even better opportunities & suited me
