Because Ekovest was 70% of my total share portfolio, I did buy some other companies shares, but end up Ekovest is still the most shining stock within my portfolio

Whatever price it is now just to reflect the appreciation from Market after seeing the last 2 quarters' results. Hope I don't judge wrongly with market's view.

I went in almost all my available money for stock investment for Ekovest, at that point of time, Ekovest was having market cap of RM1.8bil while Kesturi was valued at RM2.8bil by EPF.

I started buying Ekovest in large quantities after the cash disposal to EPF. It solve all capital requirements for SPE & EkoCheras Mall.

Next 4 years revenue & profits are guaranteed, more to come on top of that.

I explained to my wife how I look at Ekovest:

I wanted to buy a house with 1.8mil with a table inside the house where someone valued the table at 2.8mil & willing to pay RM1.1mil for the sake of 40% share of the table.

My wife replied: of course buy the house lah. I asked more than 5 times & my wife answered the same.

I always explained in a simple way to see what her response to enhance my judgement in buying shares, I go in damn big for Ekovest & hope it won't fail me.

I have a client whose company consist of more than 10 shareholders where the company is having few lands valued more than 30mil market value now, they have been fighting for how to deal with the lands whether to JV with others for property development or just sell off the lands & return cash to all shareholders.

They have been fighting since the lands were purchased at cost of 8mil 20 years ago, nothing can be done as the 2 groups are now suing each others.

After reading the stories reported in the edgeweekly, 34 legal cases among WTK major shareholders' families are never been easy tasks to handle especial when there were events conducted successfully by one group but totally disadvantged to the other group.

After split units holding = 7,200 /2 x 5 = 18,000 shares
So you should only gain 10,800 share, not 18k
