Once zika is all over southeast asia and east asia there isnt any reason to avoid travel for nationals in those countries as it is spread to those countries already as well. The only question is for nationals whose country is not hit, will they travel to effected countries? Will there be a country that experiences worst number of cases and severity etc and possibly that country will have more reduced travel volume to it? Time will tell...

samer, yes too early but happy to have earned a little from AA as i usually do not like holding airlines stock. Too volatile for my liking but at this time AA seems a good bet. Nevertheless i still think there will be atleast 1 more correction.

Fundamentals strong..TP rm3.50 by end of year. Special divvy RM1 very possible. Earnings to further improve from coming good of India unit and turnaround of philipines and indon unit. Jet fuel hedged well and to remain low. Competition is favoring AA and loads continue to climb. This is AA's turning point.

@mentos, 0.80 is definitely a floor but i doubt it gets there. Perhaps if market corrects lower then it will drift into lower 0.80s only and build a stronger base for next wave up when market recovers.

thenewbee, not everyone is a momentum investor. Value investing can reap bigger gains in the long term with less volitility and capital risk. This is what mbsb is now. Value play all the way at this price.

Skyz, NTA 1.15-1.20, earnings even at RM1bil which they did before and not double and apply PE of just 9x. How much is that? Do the calculations and you will see that RM 0.86 is highly undervalued even based on old earnings post impairment

Value invest, i suspect there is also some parties still slowly accumulating at this level after RI and the initial frenzy done. The price should drop alot more closer to 0.80 by now given the value and volume that it was traded at during the frenzy if not for some support. This is why i choose to accumulate slowly and average down now.

Also consider that because only a small amount of share is not held by major shareholders that if any portfolio wanna add this stock after this, the price will drift higher as you cannot get enough at this level due to long term holders wont sell at this level even amongst retailers.
