ODM section is good venture but the current contribution is still relatively small, but it is good potential if they can go into big way.

The next important development for Fiamma:

Can Fiamma restate its profit margin in trading segment back to more than 15% in the coming QR?
Can Fiamma launch & receive good take up rate for its housing project at the land behind their corporate office in Kepong?

The next important development for Pensonic are:

Can Pensonic maintain the profit margin in the next few Qs?
Can Pensonic benefits from stronger RM?
Can Pensonic grow its oversea sales?

If all above are YES in the QR this month, it is good reasons to consider longer term.

If using your principle, should we not to buy Airasia now?

One more thing, Ricky, since when Pensonic has forex gain of 16 mil?

Ricky Yeo, the ROE is 10%, not what you said of 17%, you have to take out the gain on disposal of property which amounted to RM8.4m.

I don't like to count this kind of windfall gain, that's not normal operating profit.

This stock is not for kaki goreng, as I mentioned in my article, if you interested to buy, buy & keep long term.

If you looking for sudden up, you may be disappointed.

Honestly, March 2016 will be more critical.

I have been following up with Panasonic, Fiamma & Pensonic.

During the last 6 months:
Panasonic has increased from RM21 to RM29 (UP 38%)
Fiamma has increased from RM1.70 to RM2.12 (UP 24%)

Meanwhile, Pensonic has only increased from RM0.58 to RM0.66 only. What can we expect from Pensonic now?

But not sure if one year is good enough to show the true potential of all these stocks as these are mostly long term play.

This arrangement is even worse than right issue, no one can get anything but nothing.

TF & gangs know everything & yet do all this kind of things to benefit for themselves only. We all makan angin only.

Right issues are for all shareholders, not only big guns.

Some small fishes will overlook & not subscribe the right issue, ultimately the shares in hand will be adjusted lower and lose money.

Unless they have used up all loan possible sources, then only ask money from shareholders.

Not sure if Top Glove had issued any right issues before or not.

To me, asking money from shareholders for such big company is not a good sign. They should have good generation of fund from the operation rather than asking money from shareholders.

Never heard Public Bank do that also.

Right issue is better than private placement for small fishes like us.

But why AA needs money? Thought AA should have good cash position right now?

It is just another news, no sure if it is true or not.

KUALA LUMPUR--Malaysia's low cost airline, AirAsia Bhd. (5099.KU), is planning a rights issue exercise that would raise up to 800 million ringgit ($200 million), a source familiar with the deal told The Wall Street Journal on Friday morning.

AirAsia officials were not immediately available to comment and did not respond to an email requesting for comment.

The exercise could come at time when AirAsia, headed by flamboyant Malaysian entrepreneur Tony Fernandes, is benefiting from slumping oil prices. The company returned to the black in its fourth quarter ended December thanks to lower fuel costs, improved passenger numbers and foreign exchange volatility.

Shares of AirAsia hit a high of 1.89 ringgit on Monday, their highest since June last year.

Trading in AirAsia shares and warrants were suspended on Friday, pending a material announcement, the company said in a stock exchange filing late Thursday. The counter last closed at 1.83 ringgit per share.

In reality, no one will bet everything on so call high risk high return stocks.

Why no one pick public bank here? Because everyone know it is slow moving stock & may not give exciting result by end of the year.

But many people will invest in Public bank in real world for it will not make you lose money at the first place.

If Gadang can win the project contract as expected, my Short term TP = PE7 = 2.54.

That's my personal guess & based on my feeling only, don't take it seriously. Things can always change in the split of second.
