Anyway, bonus issue should concluded by dec 2021. Reward for all holding for so long since last bonus issue was in 2017.

I doubt that supermax can back to it's pre-pandemic price of 65 cent.

If it does , it will be good steal.

Pre-pandemic, the production capacity is only 21bil pcs with ASP=USD20 per 1000.

Currently as at september 2021, production capacity is already 30bil pcs with ASP=USD38 per 1000.

Looking at the company's background, they are pursuing volume or revenue growth and less emphasis on profit margin.

Seems the 5G approach monopolised by DNB not favorable by the big 3 telco companies as none of them are signing up their network to participate.

I believe the big 3 telcos generals may be thinking out of the box by forming a Telco 5G Alliance/consortium to share 5G infra which benefits long term asset utilization and cost control.

Likely SD will sue SC as well in view that their decision seems not in favour of SD in reference to the SIR release.

Not sure what is the consequences of suing 3 parties of which 1 is a regulator and the other 2 is big Four firm.

Nexia might be the 4th being sued.

I would think SD would have not have any benefit doing that but rather damages to it's own corporate image domestically and internationally.

Have you tried investing rather than trading it short term?

For example, keeping Harta which you bought at RM X price.

Leave it there for retirement @ age 60 or greater than 10 years whichever greater.

Accumulate more funds and look out for other gems as well.

Many examples in Bursa where pe differs between holding company and it's portfolio eg: Batu Kawan/KLK, Sunway/Sunreit/Suncon, IGBB/IGBREIT/IGBCR, Bjcorp/BJtoto/Bfood, etc

International examples, Nasper/Prosus/Tencent , SK Group/SKinnovation/SK Hynix/SK Chem, etc

The CEO last sold a small portion of his shares on 25th Oct 2021.

I think the share slide has nothing to do with him.

Besides that, Q4 result was bad due to MCO period whereby less people are transacting via e-wallet and most malls + shops are closed during the period. Currently, MCO is already phase 4, expected the numbers to surge in next few quarters due to ease of movements and higher e-wallet transactions as shopping malls and retailers are open for biz.

Inari JV with China Fortune-Tech Capital Co Ltd (CFTC) to carry out outsourced semiconductor assembly and test (OSAT) manufacturing and related businesses for the Chinese market has a new 1 million sqft or 93,000 sqm.


That is almost 80% of Inari entire production since inception.

We can almost be certain that revenue and profit after tax should grow at least another 80%.

Inari also looking into new high value areas such as IC design, materials, equipment, and IP services.

Some of Inari subsidiaries have pioneer status.

As per latest annual report 2020, 73.8% of tax to be paid are exempted as it falls under pioneer status.

Only 26.2% tax were paid at statutory of 24%.

The stock had appreciated more than 1,000% in the past few months.

Upside is rather limited and only with good earnings justified able to fuel another rally.

Let's look at the next 2 quarters earnings and orderbook replenishments.

Changing auditors can be very time consuming especially swapping it in between reporting periods.

The day ASP starts to drop is the sign of demand decreasing.

Understand the simple law of supply & demand.

Thus, Supermax explosive revenue + profit growth is primarily due to ASP increasing 4x to 5x.

Nobody is ever interested in the annual demand growth for glove story which had been the fact since 50 years ago.

With ASP back closer to its pre-pandemic level, the rally game had ended.

You might want to buy in the next pandemic occurs. Make sure you are the first few who catch it before it becomes a global news.
