Long term glove is still in demand.
Short term may face lower demand due to surge in capacity of supplies globally.
In the meanwhile, enjoy the high dividend % for another 1-2 quarters.

Genetec Q2, has PAT margin of 27% over the revenue generated.
It's quite good.

Without revenue, there is no profit. Unless the company generates from sale of investments eg: property, land, shares, etc
Both are equally important.

Agreed.
Invest based on fundamentals and based on your own ideal PE.
At PE=50 can be high to certain people, but it can be low for others.
However, IB has their own set of PE for each industry the cover, can make use as reference only.

I don't think Inari has any labour issues as indicated by the revenue from 2020-2021.
You can make comparison with those affected. There's some indication in topline and bottomline.

I recall a news report on the Head of Mavcomm earning Rm150k- RM170k per MONTH. Wonder what is his job description that justify his extremely high income.
Agreed that there is something fishy going on in organization.

It's a slow and steady growing company.
Easily provide 5% dividend annually.
But if you compared it since 2011, it still managed capital gain of more than 30% annually.

It's not possible to fill such a big gap left by Dyson overnight.
Each contract needs time for POC and then prototyping and follow by mass production.
Besides that, ATA needs time to rectify and comply it's corporate sustainability.
Easily 1-2 years is possible.

Silterra contribute RM148 mil or USD36 mil for the quarter.
Thus annual revenue estimated RM600 mil or USD142 mil..
A very small foundry as compared to SMIC which is 4th largest in the world generates USD1.4 bil for Q3.

In my opinion, this rally won't sustain as vaccine is available though is not a cure. Many disease today still no cure eg: cancer, heart attack, ezcema, even common flu.
Previous glove rally was due to high glove demand, high ASP, no vaccine at that time.
Besides that, now we notice many US and Europe countries citizen not even wearing masks.
Don't even mention glove.

But exercise can be anytime.
What you see in Bursa announcement is when staff exercise their ESOS within the stipulated period.

I previously work in a local bank with ESOS many years ago.
Depending on the management allocation, normally ESOS price is significantly lower than the market price.

Can't blame them.
It's not everyday their stock that they had been holding became GOLD in a pandemic of this magnitude.
But truly those who had been holding decades who not really be affected as their average price would be a lot lower.

Wow, Dyson contract represent 80% of the annual revenue.
The company should be proactive in making sure no customer represents more than 30%.
A grave mistake by the senior management

Labour shortage is really a downfall for most companies.
Ever since, 1st MCO started, companies- that invested automation pre-pandemic would benefits from it.
Likely other EMS may also be affected from this acute labour shortage.

Actually, not all companies 110 companies mentioned are affected.
Some companies have pioneer status on tax while others have tax allowance on capex spending for digitalised their biz.
Besides that, there are many tax incentives in many areas where companies can explore. Some companies may choose also to reduce profitability by taking 2022 as a year on greater investment or capex spending elsewhere.

I think this dilemma comes in wther Emery Oleo is a good investment.
Sime Darby was instrumental in running the biz where sime darby is a specialist in palm plantation and semi finished oleo chemical products. But Emery didn't do well and still making losses.
Of course, then comes MFCB without any experience and knowledge taking risk in jump starting and planning to turn around Emery looks far fetch.
If they do well, it can be profitable, otherwise it would be a drag to MFCB.

Then can have some influence at management level.

Currently as at september 2021, production capacity is already 30bil pcs with ASP=USD38 per 1000.
