stockwin, the computation is not correct even with assumptions.
Currently, ASP are declining approximately 10% every quarter.
And ASP is a key component in revenue.
If CBP blacklist Supermax, ASP should reduce further as American market has 5% premium in ASP.

Serba Dinamik announced a number of issues KPMG had raised, including sales transactions and trade receivables, some of which involved transactions of RM2.32 billion.
2021-06-01 11:01 | Report Abuse
KPMG also took issue with suppliers that had similar registered addresses and a paid-up capital of only RM100,000 each, “where supplier is owned by an individual shareholder despite having transactions which range from between RM60 million and RM96 million”. In total, these transactions amounted to RM481 million.
Also at issue is a customer and supplier in Bahrain whose office address could not be located. Serba Dinamik, however, says KPMG had sighted the wrong address. These transactions total US$101 million, along with trade receivables’ balance of US$24 million.
KPMG was also unable to determine the appropriateness of some contracts, transactions, as well as the revenue, but these have been disputed by Serba Dinamik.

Really disgusted to see US CBP pointing out without facts.
Previously was Topglove, after 1 year still not resolve.
Now Supermax also included.

Maxtrader, KPOWER had nothing to do with Serba, but the method of getting the projects is similar to Serba.
Notice that Serba started to get many large projects during 2020 and pandemic period. Likewise SCIB and KPOWER, similar shareholder with influence.
Though I hope it is not.

Still wondering the logic of the PP.
Isn't will dilute existing major shareholders?
But it's interesting to know how many tranches of pp and who is the buyer.

Very minimal contribution to the entire company as a whole.
Key importance is how Stenta value can be injected into the existing packaging biz and integrate for better efficiency.

Just monitor the result to determine your outcome to keep/buy or sell.
Let the numbers do the talking.
Those selling, do leave the forum, else don't see the point keep shouting sell or doom/gloom, unless you are missed the boat and wanted cheap entry price.
Inari came down from 52-week high of rm3.75 to below RM3. Good deal to buy, if you are not buying or selling, what are you doing here?

Everyone have different opinion on glove.
Those who think over in the longer term >5 years, is still correct. Glove has no replacements.
Those who think glove rally is over is also correct, those entered at 0.70(adj for bonus issue) would already made more than 1,200% return in less than 1year , taken profit from the market.
Those who think for swing trade is possible, is also correct, many new covid resurgence and new waves. Vaccine is definitely working to reduce the death rate.
No need to argue.
Everyone is correct.

I believe CU store is quite similar with the family mart and K-mart which already in the market for some time.
Don Don Donki, also spreading its wing to Msia recently.
Too many of these store concept but low profit margin will expect fierce competition for market share and of course razer thin PAT.
Just wondering why no one comes out with premium outlet with fat PAT.

Yeah, don't really understand why need PP at this time.
The company is not short of cash.
Any increase in capacity or new equipment can be added gradual as customer normally provide staggered demand throughout a few years.

petramaises , i disagree.
Glove companies production capacity had been growing year on year since the 1st day the started operations.
The supernormal profit only kicks in when they are high ASP prices.
Before pandemic, most asp are between USD18-USD22 per 1000 pcs depends on types of glove.
Today asp (with spot price) is between USD75-USD90 from peak of USD100-USD115. Blended asp is only between USD45-USD55.
Without the high asp, production capacity doesn't really help much as the additional capacity are normally allocated for spot price which is the highest asp which represents only less than 25% total capacity.
To be honest, very few people invest in glove stock before this pandemic. Go figure.
