Koon Bee the problem now is those OWG ppl still think Komtar will be a hit. When I ask about the fundamental in OWG nobody can tell me their basis of valuation. Why this price? I personally think it had limited upside and the risk is too high. People keep on saying once Komtar open will bring down the P/E. And earning will be explosive if we include Genting opening. But do remember, Genting theme park will be postponed to 2017 for opening. As for Komtar case, please go visit Komtar and 1st Avenue together. The moment you walk from 1st Avenue to Komtar like you are travelling back to the 90's and most of the visitor are bangla, selling pirated DVD, AP Phone. It is a deadtown there.

Those who purchase in OWG was attracted by its 'Bright Future' not based on sound fundamental analysis. That's why they keep on telling story about how awesome Komtar going to be once it open. The real situation is Komtar is dead to me. LGE try to revived Komtar in 2008 and sell to Pacific, it failed. Now OWG come and takeover and time will tell the story. As a penang ppl, I am more of Queensbay, Gurney and Paragon ppl compare to Komtar.

From a TVB series drama and now turned into soap opera. The attack showed on Hevea is getting annoying. However, if you don't like Hevea just sell your share and leave. No point keep on attacking here. To me it seems like some of you guys keep on attacking and push the price down to collect.

As said, for those who do not have faith in this counter. Just leave, there are so many similar counter out there. Homeriz, Pohuat, SHH, FFHB. If you don't trust your gf when you see her with other man just leave her and find a new gf. If you trust her just give her time to explain.

It is never complicated in investment as we all have a same target, which is maximize profit. If you think this counter won't help you to achieve the goal then you can always find other that could help.

For me, I am having faith since my return is more than 100%. I will revalue after the next qr.

So people now a day are just sell share base on some BS news, the management don't even bother come to explain. What is the impact of those allegations? Will it bring down the net profit of Hevea in next quarter? Is it material enough to bring down the company? Will it affect the daily operations of the company overnight and bankrupt tomorrow?

The answer is NO!!! So, why worry. In fact, please sell more, as Hevean didn't breach RM1 since August last year. And I am waiting at the price to reenter.
