Just bought in some Karex after cutting loss on other counter. Their profit margin was nice, low debt. I considered it as a company with moat. I will top up if the price go lower.

Investor is not trader. Trader constantly looking at price perform buy in sell out in short period of time. Investor constantly looking at annual report, quarter report, perform financial analysis, looking for bargain hunt. Investor won't sell for 2-3sen different. We do our homework, play big and win big.

Honestly, I couldn't understand the mindset of trader. Everyday buy sell buy sell, you guys are playing against order trader. More like gambling but more systematic. An investor will look at the long term movement of business and short term does not really affect much.

How many lot u are holding now? Can block 100 lot by 2 means you are an institution.

First they said no bonus issue in their AGM but later do PP with 1.85. Imagine what if they do right issue for all shareholder lets say RM2 when their share price is 2.50. I believe most of the investor are more than happy to subscribe. Another alternative will be ICULS, they do it before and can do it again. But instead, they choose to do PP with RM1.85 per piece which really destroy shareholder value. The only beneficial will be the management and the pp owner.

I know nothing but based on my understanding based on their annual report from 2004 till now. I am giving a SELL call.

no doubt solar energy is the future and Ah Seng is free to sell to other country. Thats why they expand aggressively to increase their production line. It is a big market and it will only become bigger. The adoption of clean solar energy just begin in advanced nation such as Europe and US. Great company with low debt and high ROIC. If able to keep on growing momentum, it will have bright future.

I can't help but notice author always mentioned that he is smart because he got high Mensa score and was a Mensa member. I just want to emphasize that even you are smart does not means that you can make big money in equities market. There are no correlation between this two. U cant value TS with FCF, it is playing a turnaround story and venturing to new business. If you based on historical financial result, it is overvalue but bear in mind the figure was pre solar pv. Hence, u need to value TS by business wise. As far as I can see, their PV business really success from the past two quarter report. It might be a multibagger but if you want to be safe just wait everything to be clear.

The demand for solar PV is huge in US and Europe. As you know, Asia is always one step behind. So Ah Seng business will be great in the future.
