If your enter since IPO then your price is low so you can ask people not to worry. Just like AirAsia, if I enter when it was 90sen, even tomorrow drop RM1 I also ask people no worry, just hold. Long term sure win. Entry price really matter, when you get in low enough you have huge margin of safety then you will not be worry. But for some of those enter after bonus issue then the drop might be a disaster to them since they are losing their money. It is all about valuation so you can enter in the correct time. To me, I will only go in when the valuation is attractive.

YTD Q3 EPS = 28.01cents
Q4 EPS(forecast) = 9cents

EPS Y2016= 37.01 cents

Adjusted Private Placement 10% issued share = 37.01 - 3.701 = 33.31 cents

with PE 10, worth RM3.31, at current price RM2.03, 63% potential upside,

My advice is cut if you find another winner. Keep if can't find anything to buy. That time I remember someone here said good QR will fly. But since good QR also no help no point to keep if you can find other better investment.

Based on the comment below, the author really think that KYY is innocent and is his remisier fault that did not remind him to file his holding on time. I would ask seriously? The first question is why KYY open so many nominee account with different IB? The second question is why instead of himself he also use his wife or other people related to open nominee account? What is the agenda behind? Why he tend to write after he purchase and did't declare he is holding on it? To me it sounds like market manipulation. Once I become substantial shareholder I start promoting and with my influence a lot of people will follow. Then I sell but I didn't write a follow up in my blog. After a few weeks when Bursa announcement is out then people only realize. The share price drop and of course, I will buy back cheaper that time. Tell me what it is if it is not manipulation.

As I can recall, it might take months for SC to investigate before the prosecution. Some investigation might take more than 6 month depends on the amount and people involved.

yup, if a lot of complaint regarding uncle koon was sending to SC. Investigation will be set up on him for sure because he is substantial shareholder and promoting his share during his holding period but did not timely disclose upon selling. This might subject to market manipulation.

Based on my experience, Bursa do aware of the situation of blogger but they usually don't bother to catch unless it involve massive manipulation or there are unusual market activities upon you post your article then they might ask for queries.
