Googled this. Fintec Global has 21 employees and Focus Dynamic has 19. So 180mil ESOS shares are being offered to just 21 people at 0.0325 sen (below current market price of 0.035). Maybe later they'll offer another 180mil to themselves (directors) at 0.01 sen. Same goes to Focus Dynamic, Saudee, AT and others. Stay away. Don't buy n try to average down. Let the employees be unable to sell except at a LOSS to the directors.

TF and K sold their stakes in Caterham (racing) to Japanese company (ostensibly to raise cash).

Pecca engaged in several rounds of share buybacks a few months ago which led to ever increasing share price movements because of lower free-float. Obviously, companies do this because based on their evaluation the company is doing well (insider information). How can the investing public expect to be treated fairly when KLSE allows this kind of share buybacks?? As for me, I will boycott companies that engage in repeated share buybacks as it distorts the market. Among these companies are Pecca, TopGlove and Prestar. There are many more.

As mentioned previously, almost all major airlines have reported huge losses due to lockdowns. No surprises, really.

Felda bought from shareholders at less than 1.30. Now selling at 1.50+ and above all pure profit for them.

When companies, chairpersons and directors are engaged in share buybacks and share trading in their own companies shares, it's called INSIDER TRADING, which is ILLEGAL since they have access to inside information!

For investors consideration:
AA was in the red in the last 2 quarters of 2019 - before the pandemic even began. Share price I believe was around 80sen.

There is also a reverse side of the story. Traders buying shares on margin/borrowed money who cannot hold if the price goes south or if they need to cash out.
