Looking at the chart pattern, i think it's justify to investigate on those trading accounts and charge them for manipulation of stock price.

UT prefer cash in the past (correct at many of the time) and left the hard asset for the company & other shareholders to hold it.... but somehow due to the worldwide QE1...xx actions, these hard
