I still remember BJCorp paid 0.38 per share to acquire BJLand shares from Penta in 2019. Now in 2023, BJCorp sold 110M BJLand shares for only 0.27 each via direct biz transaction to a proxy (Penta?)

Minority shareholders please remember in upcoming AGM to drive the following :
1) CEO/Leaders/Management pay n bonuses must link to profitability of company.
2) Anyone that hold more than 1 position in the group can only get salary n bonuses
from max two companies within a group that produce ROI more than 5% only and etc
to ensure those leaders/senior management still have the drive to improve the
company profitability for the benefit of all stakeholders.
3) Bursa malaysia to change the rule to assign independent directors (50%) to any bursa listed company. Not to be selected solely by major shareholders.

Potential next YTL after 30Sept ( but not as high for sure ) .

Frankly why their share price at this low price is due to inefficiency which batikman has pointed out. Can't hide anymore. If restructure per suggestion, can hit $10 , now max can go is $1 , we still can get it at 0.2X 0.3X for our next generation is great. VT already 70+ , if u below 55 , can see who can live longer .... Cheers !!

When u were holding 1.3 million shares , did u attend the AGM and shot VT n their CEO/Management for doing lousy jobs ? Retail investor watch group may propose to cut their salary n bonus in the AGM and link their bonus in company performance.

It's well known somethings need to be done on or before 30Sept to meet listing requirements. All the best assets park here but undervalue now due to organisation structures. Compressed spring will have to be released. All my others heavy loaded stocks above 100% now except this VT group. ( thanks for waiting ). Cheers ! But please dont all in, diversify please !
