First of all, dun be mistaken, my outlook for glove counter is still positive but just amazed at how people just can at a whip double the profit 100% using math..in real world, i think is more than just pencil pushing. To double profit :-
1. How much increase in revenue top line needed, definitely more than 100%, got the capacity or not, many are already at 80% capacity, factors of production cannot just simply increase few folds over the next quarter
2. Some may argue that increase in ASP can help to boost profit even at near max capacity, but again, when demand for glove increase, so does the demand for raw materials , not sensible to think raw material prices will remain low even though demand spike, this will eat into the ASP somehow

Real world production and manufacturing is not as simple as just tweaking the figures in the P&L.

To know the truth, need to consult the bangla now working at the production line, whether he can survive non stop overtime without rest

Like this better sell everything and keep cash..most counters in Q2 2020 will post poorer results with the exception of glove counters..

But the point is this bank is pretty resilient, small and nimble, so for me will accumulate now while Q result are down, and sell later when Q results turn around..time frame 6 months to 1 year with targeted potential return of 25%...much better than FD

For those who sold and took profit (much less) yesterday, no need to remorse, it is part of risk management. Look for another trade, or wait to re-enter..not end of the world.

i understand from my broker that some of their clients hv position so big and leveraged that every tick down translate to enormous amount of money. so need to liquidate positions to protect capital, can't blame them also..only can blame the assholes IBs.

Looking at the momentum today..looks line this counter is now invested by IBs..strong hands..expected to climb.

While climbing up, once in a while the IBs will stage a sudden u-turn shake off..so this time don't be fooled by them lo..hang tight so they not easily shake us off again. haha

Busy for the day, tot glove counters today still under pressure...but when open trading screen afternoon session...only can say CRAZY..some counters can one day limit down and the next day limit up

Today no choice have to take some profit looking at the way the shake down played out.

Tightening of liquidity by IBs capping the margin value of glove counters which has good fundamnetals cause the price to dive ...is the opposite effect of central banks loosening liquidity by helipoting money from the sky on a fundamentally weak economy causing the stock market to climb. Large amounts of liquidity do disrupt value and fundamentals

Still holding some hoping for rebound but really not sure how much more margin kakis is there to shake off..coz IBs gave them until end of June to top up the shortfall, still some time to go..sacred there are some big kakis havent dispose yet.

Short term upside may be limited but once margin players cleared, these counters will resume the flight upwards. So at the end of the day, you need holding power to be able to enjoy phase 2 of the rally

HP car loan is the shit that hits the bank coz 6 months moratorium but dun get to charge extra profit for the extended loan tenor
