All WC need to do is to declare bonus warrant on 1:1 ratio at a conversion price to be fixed later, and the share price of Parkson will shoot up in the current liquidity driven market. It does not dilute the equity in the short term and when the warrants are converted it will bring cash flow to the company. Afterwhich, you announce to do a PP. How to get a good price for PP when you do not give any incentive for investors to buy Parkson shares. This is where WC is not good at protecting shareholders interest.

Currently, there are many stocks trading in BURSA at single digit PE. Anyone getting excited over these stocks, NO. This is because investors have different perception on their future earnings. So, there is no such thing as a stock MUST GO UP because its selling cheap. Even school boys can find single digit PE stocks. So, are they going to make a bundle? Then, who makes up these more than 90% losers in the market each time the market run ends?

Majority of traders on margin lose money. They are either too greedy or bet against the tide. Failures never learnt their past disasters e.g. XINGQUAN, JAKS, DAYANG and JTIASA to name a few.
