Why so many people is saying AVOID this company? Is it BECAUSE TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE?

Profit up but NEGATIVE CASH from operating activities in 4 QUARTERS recently? Untung 4000% recently but not RM1.00 cash received? Good companies have good positive cashflow.

LOSS-MAKING Timber business suddenly become profitable IT business? All within 1 year! Why not pay dividends to attract more investors?

Yeah, I sense something awkward......
Have to be very careful. Its too good to be true.

I will try only when ARBB is giving out Dv.

Without DV, I will never know if the co is doing well...

Trading to stop on 7 Nov??

Now not a good time to invest. US stocks valuation is very high into 11th year of bull run since the last crash of 2008. Buffett building up cash in anticipation of a serious downturn. Wait for blood on the street in the next 2 yrs when djia at 17000 - 20000 and buy in in stages for serious investment.

Those who invested over the last 10 years of his fund probably made very little gains.

High time ICAP mgmt should reward those loyal customers who had stood with them since ICAP inception till now.
Why so mean to the loyalists?
You will need them come 2020 - the "end time" of this closed fund to help you to decide if the fund is to continue.

you notice he keep on inciting same racial statement about Malay without offering concrete policy change. I remember he said same things past 20 years.Than he claims because of outburst from the Malays, he need to give more sweets to the malay. It is sweet sweet sweet all over past 20 years. ....Of course the top super rich 100 millionaire, the chinese are well ahead, but u must remember the malays dominate in the form of institutional monies like PNB, Kwap, Tabung Haji, Socso, Koperasi bank rakyat, koperasi Guru guru, Khazanah,Petronas, Epf etc loh...!!
Malay control most of the KLCI 30 composite index and 95% of the Govt jobs mah.....!!

Yes the malay have less businessmen, but they have most of the malaysian biggest enterprise and Govt jobs leaving the chinese in most of medium size companies and SME loh....!!

Then why the majority malay consider poor ?? This is bcos the elite malays took advantage of their malay priviledge at the expense of the poor malays loh....!!

DT is a spoiled brat and an egomaniac. He is not a good businessman. He suffered 6 bankruptcies and had to be bailed out by his father.
His 7th bankruptcy will be USA.
He short-changed his employees and his sub-contractors often by unethical strong-arm tactics. Eventually he got short-changed too.
This will similarly happens to a country if the leader tries to short-changed his citizens.
Don't bank too much hope on him as they have seen through him after two-and-a-half years' of dubious capability in handling of the economy. It is now heading into a recession soon.
Be careful with the stock market.
I think it will turn around only after this mad man has been impeached and gone.

Malaysia should learn from the current trade war between USA&China.
She needs to build a strong middle income population to be able to fend herself off any world turmoil in economy.
At the present time, this doesn't seem to be so.

3. Pp was used to complete Seroja Apt in Dengkil for outright sake by October 2019

4. After selling Seroja Apt Talam should continue to pare down debt and then become debt free

5. Finally when Talam declares a dividend market will sit up and chase Talam shares over 10 sen or more.

I really hope Serola Apt will help them to make some $$. Eps last Qtr was 0.57, I would like to see it goes up to 0.05-0.10.
Best still if a DV is declared – no matter how small, it will spike its share price up well!

But for the last 3 Qtrs, JCY (EPS 0.03, -1.28, -1.28) while DUFU (EPS 6.00, 1.70, 4.20).
No wonder, DUFU keeps going up higher and higher and JCY, a good dividend-giving stock, has fallen and fallen into such a plight.
Can the mgmt do something to 'reclaim its glory' again? Or it is riding into the sunset?
