EPS 0.57, Annualized 2.25c. If by Dec when they are supposed to have their completed apartments in October and sell them off, I hope the EPS will rise to 8-10c (annualized), else may not see the price spike.
If the apartments are low quality, sell them off at a discount.
Learn from it and build better apartments/houses in future.

The mother can’t even climb beyond 0.30 and the Warrant exercise price is 0.50!
Better for the mgmt. to reduce the exercise price to below 0.25.
Maybe this will help to spike up the buying trend.

On the full field development and gas utilisation plan for Rakushechnoye, he said COG is in advance stage of developing the investment plan for the proposed gas condensate processing plant (GPU) with China parties.

The estimated investment for Phase 1 is around US$200 million (RM826 million). The GPU plan is aimed at producing LPG and increase oil/condensate production.

Malaysia My 2nd Home is a scam to cheat foreigners. There are multiple entities with selfish intent with this programme. On the surface it looks like promoting Malaysia as a safe heaven for gullible foreigners. The real truth behind all these scam is to milk dry foreigners of their money with exorbitant price for shoddy piece of concrete block. They are also heavily "taxed" with mind boggling monthly maintenance fees.

This scam was introduced during Dr. M's period and was enhanced after him to feed parasites of the previous government. This cut throat programme benefitted some civil agencies, housing DEVELOPERS, POLITICIANS, BANKS and construction companies.

With politicians involved, developer became bold and never cared about citizens of Malaysians who clearly cannot afford to own these home. Sharks were fed with money and general public had to depend on government for cheaper homes.......

Dr. M should do something to unwind those devastating policies he implemented earlier.
He should try to stamp out corruption, racial favoritism, bureaucracy such as approving license authorities and make them into a one-stop agency.
We started off as one of the 4 tigers in SE Asia.

Development needs a lot of civil engineering input. Most of the problems encountered can be solved by local engineers. I should see no more such problem for Datuk in future.
Don't worry about site shift; it could be a blessing in disguise, the hilly site could be used as borrow pit for the ECRL construction. Datuk can make $$$ from that too while at the same time the land will be leveled at NO cost!

I have not used this ratio before. Goggling it there is an academic paper by Beaver William. You may learn something from there.

Anyway, when you invest in good companies, which you should instead of speculating, you need not go through these kinds of checks, unless you are thinking of shorting stocks, which itself is even a more speculative endeavor.
