Based on my analysis talam expected to report profit for the qtr ending June 2014 due to various disposal of asset held for investment and subsequent qtr as well due to settlement of borrowings which will result in reduction in borrowing cost...moving forward the proposed development plan would be the catalyst for further improvement in the share price once it is unveiled.
