It has plenty of plantation land in Pasir Gudang area, only a stone's throw from Mah Sing and EcoWorld's housing projects but its land has not been revalued since acquisition over 35 years ago. This is the real gold mine.

Iwcity sold the said land to Greenland for 2.373 billion, then formed a joint venture with Greenland to develop the land. Greenland came up with the money, iwcity provided the land, no money changed hands. Never hope for a special dividend. There will never be any.

Not even the slightest sign that iwcity's share price has bottomed out.
