Since Keck Seng's directors are unwilling to pay more dividend from its huge cash pile, unwilling to buy its own shares more aggressively, unwilling to make better use of its cash and instead keep much of its cash in foreign currencies, investors just have to pray that our Ringgit keeps dropping every day.

No sign of iwcity recovering from its recent plunge despite the optimism of some.

Now a 2 sen dividend means a lot to the company. Prior to the rights issue, it had 1.2 billion shares, now its has around 2.9 billion shares. A 2 sen dividend means it has to dig out 58 million from its coffers. L&G only made 32 million last financial year.

Hope that the relevant authorities will instruct Keck Seng's directors to distribute at least half of its cash holding to shareholders within one year, failing which its directors would have to make a MGO.

Shoemakers, iwcity went up to 1.69 on 15 June. If you had sold at 1.68 and bought back at 1.60 you would be happy won't you? I disposed of all my ecoworld shares at around 1.67 on 15 June too and managed to buy back the same number of share at 1.62 two days later. Isn't iwcity a risky counter when it could go up from 90 sen to over 3.20 in just a few months and then plunged to 1.60 in two days? You are the one who often condemn iwcity when its share price fails to perform to your expectations.

Since Facbind is so much undervalued, the most logical thing to do is to use some of its spare cash to buy its own shares in the open market.. Only around 55 million shares are in the hands of small shareholders and shareholders who are not associated with the Directors. Just RM 71.5 million, or less than half of its total cash reserve is sufficient to buy up all these shares at RM 1.30.The company directors aren't working for the interest of the company.
