A lot of people have lost interest in this counter. The number of comments per day is a reflection of investors' interest. It used to be a few hundred comments, now only a few tens and mostly come from one single person. hahaha!

Anyone who still thinks there would be another bull run in iwcity would be in for a big disappointment. Bandar Malaysia is gone for ever, no hope of iwcity getting it back.

James2, my average price, including the recent rights shares is around 31 sen. Its new NTA should be under 40 sen. L&G's price can never go up to 80 sen, not in another 10 years. 80 sen would mean 174.4 sen pre rights issue price.

Those who had sold yesterday immediately after the release of EcoWorld's quarterly results did the right thing. Do remember to buy back if it ever drops to 1.60 or below.

A lot of people have lost money on this counter. It only dipped below the 40 sen level a year ago.

Yesterday's volume exceeded 38.5 million shares. It is going to be less than 7 million today. Small investors'/speculators' hopes have been dashed.

Say bye bye to iwcity, the sooner the better.

Now oil price is falling and Ringgit is rising. Both these factors should be very good for the company's business.

Teo HS, as of 18/04/17, EPF still held 149 million EcoWorld shares or 5.06% of its paid up capital, falling below the 5% threshold the following day. EPF now no longer needs to inform Bursa of its dealings in EcoWorld shares. It may no longer have any EcoWorld shares, it may also have 4.999999% of EcoWorld shares.

EPF are the biggest gamblers?

Not satisfied with its latest quarterly performance, so disposed of all my EcoWorld shares at an average price of just over 1.67. 25% net profit in just 8 months. Not bad at all.

Take whatever profit you may have. Very risky counter.

Keck Seng's net loss is expected to be much, much more than 5.755 million for the quarter ending 30/6 due to huge foreign exchange losses since 31/3.

Foreign funds are buying. Was around 4.20 only a year ago. Has gone up by over 60% which is too fast and too far.

Syndicates are buying and selling among themselves to trap small investors.

If its share price doesn't go up, just keep the shares and get the dividend which at 4.5 sen a share is still 50% higher than the one year fixed deposit rate.

Should go up to 40 sen again within one year. Just be patient.

Very thinly traded now. Investors have lost interest in this counter.

Highest in more than two and a half years. Further rises expected. Have been in the doldrums for far too long.

Before a merger, all company directors would ensure that companies involved in mergers are revalued to astronomical valuations.

NTA only 96 sen a share, lost more than 56 million in just one quarter. Won't pay 1.60 a share for such kind of counter.

Company didn't do well. Lost 4 million in the final quarter. Only made 32.4 million for the whole year. L&G is unlikely to pay 2 sen dividend again for the financial year ended 31/03/17. Now two sen means 58 million to the company.

Unlikely that the 1.60 support level can hold for long.

Before I make an investment on a company, I always look at its earnings history and the dividend it is paying to its shareholders.

It was only 90 sen a share just over 4 months ago.

EcoWorld should go up as the date for release of the latest quarterly results approaches.

Its recent property acquisitions from Mayland should greatly improve its earnings, hopefully.

Those who had responded to my advice just two hours ago are now smiling. They will be laughing later.

Now IWCity is 1.62, EcoWorld only 1.57. Which counter should one invest in? The decision should be easy to make.

Game over for this counter. I consider 1.60 still a very good price.

Now trading at a prospective PE of 10 and 10% below its nta. Bank stock should command a premium but not this one. How weird
