Because the cash flow projections need to be approved by the Vietnam, it cannot show high profits. There is a balancing act in the projections. The projections forms the basis for the negotiations over the terms of the PPA.

a lot of shares have also recovered from their lows, just not all at the same.

about management quality.....just let me repeat what I said to KYY. When last results released, he laughed at me for buying Jaks and asked me to quickly sell it.......I said, but its 50 sen, not $ 1.50 ...........The last results I expected slightly better but also got silver linings.

In stock market, it is called risk and rewards.

and rewards for assuming risks such as completion risk, compliance risk, governance risk.

not all risks are the same....when the rewards are big enough , people will be willing to take certain risks.

lets postpone all the negative talks until it breaks $ 1.80.....but by then, the IPP will be fully operational and we shall see what they do with the money.

The other force is fund managers accumulate cum shares to get dividends. But, in this case , the force of nominee accounts bigger than this force.
