So, if this RI proposal fails when the price fall below 30 sen (like 25 sen or lower) then it will naturally become PN17 & undergo 6 months financial restructuring. There will be no other options.

B4 it go bankrupt, it will be PN17 first (restructure for 6 months... founders & major shareholders inject more capital) then it will be listed again for trading (the price will shoot up for a few days only.... must quickly sell immediately when listed again). Finally the price will plunge to a few cents only.... then bankrupt!! That was what happened to LITYAN (more than 10 years ago..... I went through the hold process b4).

Hahahaha!! No need insider news also can tell lah.... will eventually go down to 30 sen, and then lower still.

U cannot subscribe the RI if u cut loss all & don't have any shares left.

Volume transacted this morning 222 million (almost reaching yesterday's whole day volume of 349 million)... by the end of today could be around 400 million; percent buy only at 23% (77% selling); price already dropped 7%.... r there still people thinking there will b rebound this afternoon?

RM5.99 resistance already penetrated, KLCI flying high at 1820 .... things r looking good now for CIMB.

@jermyn: About the free fall... I was only responding to rr88's earlier comment. I know that rr88 is an expert in technical analysis (TA). But if u ask me whether can enter tomorrow or not... it depends on how much u have already invested, how much u have lost, how much capital u have, and what is your objective for entering (so many variables... difficult to give u advise). Basically, the price may either be pushed up slightly tomorrow to trap more ikan bilis or more likely will drop a lot more. We have to wait for tomorrow morning to see what the sharks action will be.

Calculation for tomorrow's closing price will need to use tomorrow morning's (half day) data.... so cannot predict now.

Yes, my calculation was done using statistics formula for probability.

If free fall tomorrow then mayb have to cut balls too.

Asdfghjk already said if the price reach RM11.00 then he will hide in the cave. So I guess he is hiding in the cave now (hope so).

I think the "SC going to investigate insider trading" is just rumors (not true) but what I said more than 1 month ago that YTL's price will be maintained around RM1.30 to RM1.35 was a fact because it already happened as I have predicted.

If I am not wrong, Betkaukau bought more than RM200k of SAPNRG... and he still thinks the price will drop to 10 sen (so, I'm not sure he is busuk hati or not.... ask him).

The only way for shareholders to punish the CEO is to bring down the price to 25 sen.... then the BOD may start to think and take action to cut the CEO's pay.

May close around RM0.335 today.

@BetorInvest: Not everything need to be calculated. From past experiences with other counters involving rights issue.... if the price dropped from 60 sen to 40 sen in half day then next week it will drop to 30 sen even b4 the meeting or ex-date. After the ex-date, it will drop lower than 30 sen (doesn't matter 27 sen or 25 sen).

I think CEO Sharil has a Master Degree in Engineering.... also useless!

@goodluck999: After the rights issue exercise is done.... then later they will announce share consolidation (3 shares = 1 share). Hehehehe!!

The sharks also lost a lot of money today.

If the price this morning is 60 sen, then with the RM4 billion rights issue... the price of the share will drop to lower than 30 sen (maybe 25 sen).

Who says nobody wants this share; EPF collected around 10 million shares of CIMB immediately after the Turkey's banking crisis:

Aug 13 - EPF acquired 3.422 million shares.

Aug 14 - EPF acquired 3.464 million shares.

Aug 15 - EPF acquired 2.903 million shares.

The past week has shown that Turkey's banking crisis' effect on CIMB is limited.... its price has stabilized at around RM5.88. Now we need to see if the KLCI can breakout above 1,800 and resume its uptrend, failing to do so may result in its trend reversal.

Nasi lemak must have ikan bilis goreng.... otherwise not nice.

Wahh!! Frontken moved up so high already & RSI at 92% (very overbought/overpriced).... must b shark trap.

Now we have a few warning signals about the direction of CIMB's price:

1. It failed to breakout above the RM5.99 resistance last week and started falling below RM5.90 as I predicted.
2. Turkey's banking crisis broke out yesterday affecting EU banks & a few Malaysian big companies, bringing down the KLCI.
3. KLCI showing sign of trend reversal & CIMB extended its price fall from yesterday to today.

Thanks for sharing the above additional info. In that case, it looks like our KLCI will more likely have trend reversal starting from yesterday.

Yesterday's drop of 4 sen was nothing to worry about, but today have to watch the market carefully..... if drop another few sen still can hold on (hope won't suddenly drop too much).

How to emphasize? I did not even mention how much I hold.... anyway, I'll let u have the last say (whatever u want to say).
