YTLP has announced going to amend articles of association during next AGM. What do you think of the this amendment ? I believe it will be reduction of par value and capital return of RM 400 per 1000 unit to share holders. It is a 21% return relative to current price. Than share swap will be between two companies of 10 sen par value...,,,

(15.86% of enlarged share capital) shares of RH at placement
price of S$ 0.63 and appointed UOB-Kay Hin as the placement

11 Okt.....SGX granted it's principle approval for placement of RH
shares.

In my opinion syndicate goreng GP together with the rumors they created.
Yes many suitors for GP ...TM.DG and YTL...but the problem is GP put a high price for it's stake in P1. GP spent big amount of capital to develop P1 networks. With current 500K subscribers P1 is operating at loss. It's accumulated loss is increasing. GP's liability is also high. So these put the brake to suitors interest....In my my opinion the deal will not come soon...and GP will correct first........may be after few months ..after more negotiations ...new rumors wii resurface.....P1 is bleeding financially and those suitors are really in needs of frequency spectrum belong to GP...they must come to a term...may be not that soon......so buy at any correction for another round of goreeeeng

there is investor who said selling scable at current price is a fool. Why fool. If for example an investor sold his share 1.53 to day. If he bought
the share before ex at 1.70 he already made profit of RM 140 per lot. If 10 lots already RM 1400 profit. Is this a fool...!!!!!!

pathew....I have made experiment my self ....not all the times if you buy just before Ex you will make money on ex date. Yes to day scable's price more than ex price..you make quick profit....there are cases price trade on exdate was lower than ex price....lost money....

abundance......OK....lets do some work.....go to the basic of bonus issue. Scable gives you 1 free shares for every 5 shares you own. So after bonus, you own 6 shares . Takes your case...you bought 20000 shares at 2.25 at cost of 45,000. But now you own 24000 shares include BI. Your adjusted cost now is 45000 divides by 24 which is 1.875 ...rounded to 1.88...say if the price come to 1.88 and you sell all 24000 shares at 1.88 ..your sale proceed is 45120..you just recover back you initial investment of 45000...but remember this exlude you brokerage fees.

yes at first system will reject ..but the prompt come out asking you want to proceed or not....you just proceed....then it will go into system....

if you dont sell yesterday...you can calculate shares that you own today by multiplying numbers of shares you own yesterday by 1.2 . Then You can sell all shares include bonus today at current price......
