If WB is still being traded with low premium after splitting tomorrow, good chance to sell mother share and the WB. Anything below 10% premium is definitely a good buy with expiry date 852 days to go.

One big guy is collecting at RM1.56! Notice that when somebody buys at 1.56, immediately someone will sell at 1.55 (done by machine) to make sure the price does not move up first.... guess it will surge once this particular guy collected enough! Watch out.

At current price, minus the dividend of 25.0 sen, and use the exercise price of RM1.20 as a guide, the warrant WB is actually trading at premium of 1.4%!!! For a warrant expires in June 2019, another 856 days to go, a premium of 1.4% is considered very LOW, if I would to take a premium of 10%, the WB shall be RM1.88 or 75.0 after ex. Still good margin to go from the current price of RM1.64. Only for those who see and understand the opportunity still around. Cheers.

Next Monday, the mother share will have 20.0 as reference price and WA & WB with 10.0 sen reference price, BUT what interesting is the amount of share issued by then, mother share only 630 mil & WB 157mil, which are substantially lower compare to current outstanding issued shares, this will make share price easier to move up or down, however in this case, it shall be uptrend biased simply because of lower price base. Imagine, I have 2.0M mother share now, it only end up as 100K, I am not in hurry to sell definitely. I don't want to make the mistake like my holding on STEPRO again! On STEPRO. I sold at 13.5 sen, now 20.0 sen! And sold my STEPRO-WB @ 3.5 sen, now 9.5 sen with highest 12.5 sen!!! My guess, HUBLINE will be around 30.0 sen with WB 15.0 sen. Anything below 20.0 sen will be a fantastic buying opportunity.

EPF owns 64.89% and TCMY owns 8.97%, total already 73.86%

Based on the latest shareholding announcement in BURSA today and the last announcement by TSCMY on 1st Mar, I have done some analysis on the shareholding of TSCMY, the second largest shareholder of MBSB.
Firstly, on 1st Mar, his total holding (direct & indirect) is 171,898,650, 6.056%, which means, he entitled the same amount of Rights.
BUT ..... in today's announcement, his total holding now is 519,863,650 i.e. 8.97%, an increase of 2.91%! Now, the question is where is this increment come from? The answer is simple! He purchased OR from open market with BIG quantity, 176mil shares, YES, this is almost 73% of the total OR traded in that 5 days. The low price of OR provided him with opportunity to buy cheap, or rather at a steal! So, I guess, he was happily accumulating while a lot of people losing hope on the Rights of this counter.

You run, TSCMY will buy some more! To him, this rice is sooooo cheap.

From my experience with few recent rights is that if you are not the original shareholder (meaning didn't hold any share on ex date), it is difficult to get excess rights allocation, unless that rights is undersubscribed,

BTW, 85.0 sen is just RM1.11 cum ex. More room to go.
