From my years of trading experience, either short term or medium term, then you wouldn't be too far from making a right decision, the analysts always cover themselves up with so called their TP is valid for 12 months, bull shit! If you have experience on the Rights issue of MBSB last year, then you will definitely understand why MRCB's current rights! Both are EPF counters. Last year, MBSB was pressed down to as low as 69.0 sen (rights subscription 59.0 sen) during OR listing period.... cut the story short, less than one year, MBSB price doubled up to RM1.45. For MRCB, I predict that the price will not double up but will up 50% from today's price to RM1.33 just before parliment dissolved/election.
