HAHAHA.... I am sure some of sellers today were not aware that this share has already consolidated ( 2 to 1, now reflected in CDS balance yet) and worse still they thought share price appreciated due to current O&G run, my friend is one of them until I told him. Luckily! If not, will be oversold!

Looks like market players start seeing the value of this stock once merged with SCOMI.

Anyway, market is not efficient enough ....player even ignore the potential of high side of ex-merger, good opportunity for those who are far sighted.

If based on SCOMI 17.5, after conso is 35.0, then after 1 for 2 warrant (warrant conversion price @ 0.21), ex @ 30.3. The new warrant worth around 10.0 sen conservatively or maybe higher @ 15.0 sen. This will work out 44.7 or more for cum SCOMIEN. Believe it or not!!! Haha .... I am buying!

BTW, do some calculation based on the ratio of merger.... it shall be 43.5 based on SCOMI price of 17.5.

It is just normal for MRCB to drop today, some force selling couple with profit takings activities towards closing, opportunity for buying on weakness.

Buy SCOMIEN instead, with the 2 to 1 merger on track, with current SCOMI price of 17.5, SCOMIEN shall be 43.5, but only 31.5 now, easily 30% upside waiting, good arbitration.
