Better for TH to sell all now so that we can buy cheap, after all, this counter is set to fly high once the results turn positive on higher gold extraction, if due to certain reason TH needs to sell, that is our opportunity to buy cheap. But I doubt that TH will sell all in open market, don't forget that the SPV by the name URUSHARTA JEMAAH SDN BHD was set up to buy equities owned by TH.

My advice on this warrant is simple, stay away !!!! The reason : premium is too high and gearing is only 1.54, no advantage of leveraging at all!

Furthermore, the gearing of WA is 1.70, which is very high! No point of leveraging with warrant even though it is still years to go before expiry, but why shall I risk myself with it for now! A gearing of 5 will be just nice. Maybe I will wait for WA @ 8.0 sen.

Based on 24/09 closing price RM1.43, ex px is only RM1.12, then OR is only 21.0 sen, but it will be lower than this!

Expecting after EX, share price would be around RM1.00 based on cum ex of RM1.1x. Taking a premium of 30%, the warrant is worth about RM0.50.
