if I am not mistaken you wont lose all your investment capital if it delist. the company is delisted, not wound up. if wound up, they will sell all assets and recover as much capital to distribute back to shareholders. you may get back "some", definitely not all your investment, correct me if I am wrong (especially 0008)

fl888, probably the audited accounts has some problems? what if the previous auditors was reluctant to sign off the report, perhaps there were not as many assets in physical as reported, tats why the report is cannot be furnished to Bursa.
