Like it or not, all market is technically efficient but the stock exchange here is extra efficient because of a useless SC. Glove stocks are poised for normalization or price considering the fact that 2021 earning is already baked in. Key to future price movement depends solely on whether the demand will continue to grow in 2022 or in other words will 2H of 2021 demand be higher than 1H. ASP normalization is key factor in the revenue growth projection. That said, your guess is as good a mine in terms of how low this can go... until the situation becomes clear that vaccination alone will not eliminate the virus entirely and push the world back to the old normal, the current play remains recovery in nature. Collect if you must but know very well that if one does not know where is the normalized price, this could be akin to catching a bloody big knife falling. Cheers.
