The market is brutal and IBs are not exactly angelic organizations setup to make retailers money. These Ibs make money from trades and providing loans via margin at sky high interest rates. The tons of structured call warrants issued by IBs on glove companies will significantly kill off many IBs' profitability and some are in danger of suffering major losses due to the cash settlement term of these structure warrants. Last check on system these tons of warrants are issued by MACQ, CIMB, KIBB, MIBB, RHB, AM, etc.
Let me be very clear here so bilis don't forget... market is irrational because IBs rice bowls are at stake as glove companies like TG, Supermx, Harta continue to post exceptional profits at a time when 90% of the companies in Bursa is bleeding cash due to the pandemic. NO other companies are better bet than Gloves given we expect another 1-2 years of super natural profitability. Structured warrant expiry will lead to IBs driving down the price of companies to eliminate the value of these cash settled warrants comes expiry. REtailers need to know how to navigate these waves of selloff driven by all the IBs in a coordinated effort to ruin the value of these warrants so that they don't pay much if at all any $ to holders. Don't let the selloff effects you to the extent that you sell low buy high. that's when you become junk food to sharks. Know the game plan or else don't trade stocks let alone structured warrants. These 4 glove companies will worth a lot more in the immediate future than they are today. You can mark my word.
