by the way, the company does not need the PP... it has sufficient cash from the existing operations to sustain and venture into the new business... this is part of a very typical feeding scheme.

That's for the benefit of 6% of the new investor(s)... not the majority of the stakeholders... the stock should be have been above $2 and stays there for consolidation... now its capped because of the ill timed PP for some cronies. the NIIS takes forever to be announced and its mainly a premeditated plan by the parties involved.... lousy execution of the announcement given it does not boost the stock but drags it down for the benefit of 6% new "investors" or whatever you want to call it. I can tell you they are not investors for sure. 101%.

agree its a good time to collect but the timing of the PP sucks.... should have announced NIIS along with the PP which would then give the company a new boost... until it gets a re-rating, its flat to mild profit taking which does not help stakeholders. Wong needs to do a better job in execution. I rate the recent announcements grade C.
