Supply of Crude Oil exceed demand due to the abundant supply of Unconventional Oil & Gas( Shale Oil & Gas ) from USA. The max life of a shale gas asset is 10 years and the highest production occur during the first year of production thereafter it tails off exponentially. Shell and BP had already got out of Unconventional Oil & Gas.

So the excess supply of Unconventional Oil & Gas may not be sustainable over the longer term. In the future the production may just drop exponentially.Conventional & CBM Gas assets have much longer and steady production life relative to Shale Oil & Gas.

I had already stated in my earlier post that BJCORP share price is now on UPTREND. Based on the latest quarterly report the BJCORP management is confident that the consolidated results @30/4/2015 will be "GOOOOOD" despite qualifying that it is working in a challenging business environment.

The disposal of the 10,000 odd acres of plantation land occurred in September this year and the consolidation of the remaining business of Starbucks will be competed before 30/4/2015. So do expect that the financials to show vastly improved figures such as
- Good EPS
- Improved Cash position
- Improved revenue
- Better NTA
- Reduction of Debt

In time BJCORP share price will trend up. If BJCORP share price is on uptrend, the odds are against it revisiting its most recent low as any up trending stock will result in higher high and higher low with every correction as happened over the past couple of days. Besides there may possible be future catalyst that may turbo charge its price further up.

At this price level, the upside gain is much higher than downside risk.

Crude Oil price drop had affected the income of the Malaysian government. Therefore the petrol/diesel subsidy must be cut to compensate for the lower income resulting from the drop in Crude Oil revenue.

The commodity super cycle as predicted by the world renowned Commodity guru Jim Rogers will most probably end by 2018 -2022. That means commodity prices will be cheaper then relative to current price. Cheap commodity prices is good for economic growth in future years.

Industry worldwide besides will welcome the lower commodity prices and there will spur more demand , more economic growth.
