6556 Annjoo 之新起点

Annjoo的2017年第一季度财报终于出来了，
PBT比我预计的还高很多，
过往都在13%左右，
我预计有13+2%，
因为第一季度的长钢平均销售价ASP很高，
结果出乎意料的有19.8%。



这种业绩是属于接近完美了，
要知道2017年3月整个市场冷冷清清，
全部中盘商都不要买货，
还有传言讲政府不会继续保护税云云。
我无法想象，3月的销售成绩是正常的话，
Annjoo 是不是可以净赚1亿以上。




销售额和去年同期几乎持平，
等于销售的吨数在减少。
市场需求普通。
很多大型基建都未正式进入戏肉，
所以只能等下半年的需求上来，
这样好日子才会更好。

由于实际的销售的吨数减少，
当然operating expenses 也下跌，
无论如何安裕的成本优势一如往常。

我个人最开心的就是看到银行利息越来越少了，
很简单，固定资产表里的借贷几乎没有了。
只剩下流动资产的借贷，就是借贷买原料的钱。
所以，利息很低了。
至于盈利缴税，是2466万。一个季度就缴这样了，
一年岂不是要缴税1亿给税务局?



资产表方面，也没有什么好评论的了。
全部都合理，在库存上升的同时，
应付款项却更少了。
库存依然是大马业界第一，
在上升的趋势，只有这样能赚更多的钱。

结语，

这篇文章不是为了进一步推动股价而来的，
股价是不是低估，当然会计算的人都知道。
目前，连续四季度的EPS是46.99分。
给个PE8X的话，大约RM3.76。

安裕是有能力写下2017EPS 50分的。
如果有大缺货的现象，或原料维持低价，
那还会有更多惊喜。

如果以派息60%的政策来说，
股东是有可能收到接近30分的股息的。
只要管理层可以维持这样的成绩长达3年，
那管理层的grant， 股东也不会吝啬的。
