Buying property is by enlarger very sound investment , again u need to do alot of homework n also yr personal objective !!! I m also landlord in Mysia n so as few other countries n I still stick to my simple rule n that is never over commit , I gearing (borrowing!) always below 70% , very often 60% ........... I think if u can keep yr borrowing below 80% in a good potential location , u hit BULL eye !!!! Many many years ago I rent a room n then I bought a flat n then bought my 2nd ppty with a borrowing that will cover between 9-10 months rental n rest is history ......... loh

This counter was good to me thou needs alot of patient , managed to make 2 rounds between Oct2011 to Nov 2012 , I believe over the next 12 months will present similar opportunity , especially 4G is brewing aggressively ....... I m watching to get back for 3rd round n with GE13 gossips might bring it below 0.40 , I TP 0.38 & less to BUY BUY , mah ......ha ha
